Blog Challenge #16

Day | 16 What makes you different from everyone else? As what the saying goes "Everyone is unique in their own special way" every person has their own identity, personality and beauty. But the problem is I actually don't know what makes me different from everyone else *sigh*.  However, I will share to you some things that I think makes me "different". ✔ I get random red marks or skin rashes on my neck, I don't know how can I call it. Hmmm, it's a bit hard to explain, they don't spread all over my neck, they look like spots. Sometimes they are itchy but not scaly. Well, people often thought that they are *clears throat* hickey. Waaaaaaaa (facepalm) that's right wooahhh! woaahhh!! they are not hickey okay!! they just look like one. There are times that I get embarrassed because some people confronted me that I should cover it, or they will say that I have a hickey!! I sometimes have this after I took a shower or when I drink some alcoholic ...

LAPYAHAN FESTIVAL QUEEN 2016

Image
San Remigio is known to have the longest shoreline in Cebu province, which is highlighted in their annual festival, the "Lapyahan festival". Lapyahan is a cebuano word for shoreline. The festival is celebrated every 16th of May and in honor of their patron saint San Juan Nepumoceno. The dance steps in the festival show things related to the sea: balud which means waves, kinhas which means gleaning for seashells during low tide, langoy which is swimming, hoyohoy which refers to sea breeze, and pasalamat which is to give thanksgiving to heavens for the bounty of the sea. And in every festival one of the most awaited and exciting moment is the crowning of the next festival queen.  I am proud to present to you my dear friend and the newly crowned  LAPYAHAN FESTIVAL QUEEN 2016! BTS Moments Now, let's get to know this pretty girl that really rocks! She is Loise Verdalyn J. Lecciones, but sweetly called as L...

Blog Challenge # 13

DAY | 13 Views on Drugs and Alcohol Hello there! Today's topic is about my views on drugs and alcohol. Okay, so here is my short opinion about this issue. Drugs and alcohol when taken excessively will absolutely ruin your life but also your relationship towards your family, friends and other people surrounding you. It will consume you physically, emotionally, mentally and financially. However, I don't see any problem in alcohol when done responsibly. Most of us have tried drinking right? We drink because we celebrate, for some people (or like me) it's their way to release the stress of their jobs, some drink because they are sad, mad or disappointed. It's fine, totally fine as long as you don't allow it to get in your head. As my friend says "Ang alak nilalagay sa tiyan hindi sa ulo". On the other hand, there is no excuse for drugs.  Well maybe except for medical marijuana. I've read researches about it and I believe that it could treat disease...

Blog Challenge # 11

Day | 11 If you had 1 million dollars, how would you spend it? If I had a million dollars or 47 million if converted to Philippine Peso, I will just use the Philippine peso because it's easier for me. 47 million, Whooaaa!! this amount of money never crossed my mind, it's just so huge!!! Hahahah I can't imagine on how to spend it.  20 million will be deposited to a multi-purpose cooperative, I had my trust in them rather than the bank. While, the 10 million will be in a time-deposit account. I will open and deposit 1 Million each for my 5 brothers and another 5 million for my parents.  5 million will be allotted for charitable institution like the home of the aged or the operation smile. 7 million to buy house and lot and a car. 3 million assistance for my relatives or friends. 2 million for my travel. via GIPHY
