Blog Challenge #5

Day | 05 Your day in great detail.

Chao! I was supposed to post this one last night but unfortunately, there was a sudden power shortage and I was not able to save my work (facepalm). So, here instead of writing down how my day was yesterday I will tell you about my day today, so sorry!

6:00 AM - I usually wake up late but now it's different because I need to accompany my mom to her school office. She asked me to do some tutorial or remedial class. I tried to get some more sleep but I heard her voice calling me. NO CHOICE I need to get out of bed. Take my meds (Simeco for my hyperacidity) and had my morning prayer.

6:05 AM - Made my bed.

6:10 AM - Went downstairs, sat at the couch and stayed there for a moment.

6:20 AM - Took a quick bath because we need to leave around 7:30 in the morning.

6:35 AM - Went upstairs, cleaned my room, need to decide what clothes to wear, something not too formal and not too causal. Finally made a decision and ironed the blouse and pants.

6: 45 AM - Went downstairs again, had a quick meal ~ two francis bread and a glass of milk ~ while having my meal, my mom keeps on talking about the case they could file against to their previous employer, I can't tell you more about it. It's complicated. Anyway, she's happy about it because they had a chance of winning the case according to DOLE.

7:10 AM - My mom keeps on chatting and she's not yet ready. I am done with my breakfast and brushed my teeth.

7:15 AM - Prepared my things and talked to my brother about our trip this coming Saturday. He asked me to buy him a summer shorts and a shirt.

7:30 AM - We're supposed to leave but my mom was still upstairs. Had my simple make-up, it's just eyeliner, face powder and a light colored lipstick. Wait for my mom to get done.

7:50 AM - Finally, we're leaving, we mano (a Filipino gesture to show sign of respect to elderly) our lola and lolo. 

7:55 AM - A 5-minute walk to the hi-way, waited for the first Jeepney going to Basak, we need to ride 3 Jeepneys before we'll arrive to our destination.

8:20 AM - Arrived at our first stop, embarked the second Jeepney going to SM.

8: 35 AM - Reached the second stop and then rode the third Jeepney going to my mom's school.

8:45 AM - At my mom's school. My first student was already there. My mother gave him a short orientation about the remedial class. We were expecting two students, they were from different grade level and informed them that they'll join in one class.

9:00 AM - Class starts. Gave an English exam, a review about their past lessons. The second student turned up, gave him the same examination.

9:30 AM - 11:45 AM - Explained to them about their answers, asked them about their goals, the reason why they're taking the remedial class. Showed them a short motivational video clip, asked for their reactions, realizations, a line that caught their attention, let them explain about it. Had some written exercises. Dismiss the class. 

12:00 NN - Lunch time. We had lunch at a carenderia, across the school, together with my mom and dad. Sometimes my father would drop by at the school just to sleep. 

12:30 PM - Went back to school and sleep.

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Assisted my mom in excel, finished some of her reports.

4:30 PM - Went to the mall to look for my brother's summer shorts and shirt. It was hard because I am sure anymore on what kind of design he likes.

5:30 PM - 8:30 PM - Done shopping, went to Langrich, my previous company, to get the battery for the action cam and cap that i'll use for my trip. Meet my old colleagues, they were very happy to see me, as if I didn't see them last week, chatted with them about their classes when one of our HR saw me. He talked to me and we discussed some things but it's confidential, so I can't tell you. After we talked, I met Master (I called her my master but her name is Sheryl, one of my closest friend) and she offered me some food hahahaha (patay gutom!!), she just came back from Palawan and she brought some souvenirs for us from Palawan and the other one from Japan. After I ate the food that she gave me, I went home.

9:15 - Reached our house and Dolce Amore (tv program) already started. My grandmother asked me if I still want to eat told her that I'm good. My brothers were all here watching the same tv program had some arguments about the program.

9:45 - Started doing this blog post at our small internet cafe.

11:00 - Done with blogging.

11:30 - Small chat with my mom before zzzzzzz
